Controversial man of god, Apostle James Maina Ng’ang’a, of Neno Evangelism Center is now battling to prove his innocence in the corridors of justice.
The preacher last night spent the night at Gigiri Police Station after the he was arrested outside Serena Hotel, Nairobi, where he had gone with one of his lawyers.
Director of Public Prosecution, Keriako Tobiko, ordered him to be charged in a court of law for his alleged involvement an accident in which a woman died.
The controversial man of cloth was this morning arraigned in a Limuru court for the mentioning of his case.
