Larry Madowo’s journey in the media began when he was posted at KTN as a trainee reporter.

He soon launched KTN ‘Financial Markets Live’ as well as ‘KTN Business Today’ before joining NTV in 2010 as a Business Anchor and Reporter. 8 months after landing the NTV job, J’oburg came calling and he soon joined the CNBC Africa team where he got to host some popular shows.

He later left CNBC and went back to NTV where he is the anchor for the ‘NTV Weekend Edition’ and the hosts of one of NTV’s cash cows ‘The Trend’.

Thanks to his popularity on the Trend, Now Larry speaks at some high-brow events and even got to speak at a UB body function. Just recently he spoke at the Global Digital Content Market conference in Geneva as the only millennial speaker.

As you can see his career has grown exponentially and his appearance has changed too, clearly someone is paying him some good money.
