P-Unit Looking For a Band Manager
Kenya’s leading genge music group P-Unit with members Frasha, Gabu and Bon’Eye are looking for a band manager to take the outfit to the next level in their musical careers.
In an update made over the weekend, P-Unit said that interested candidates have to send in their applications by the close of business on Tuesday 10th July 2012.
Qualities the band is looking for in their potential manager include someone who maintains high standards of conducts, an entrepreneurial mind, consistent in delivery and strong negotiation skills.
One must have proficient knowledge in media and event management as well as marketing and project management skills. The band manager will be reporting to the operations director with his/her responsibilities including making band bookings, contract negotiations, preparing and executing all promotional campaigns and working with licensing and copyright agencies to keep records up to date.
