Other Citizen Reporters Join Mohammed Ali in Move to NTV

Yesterday we reported to you of how Mohammed Ali has confirmed that he is leaving KTN Kenya after over 5 years of working there, for NTV in a move which is set to be a definite blow to the station’s ‘Jicho Pevu’ brand.

Today it has been confirmed as well that some other established journalists from another leading television station are also destined for Nation Media Group’s NTV, possibly joining the ‘unbeatable’ team senior editor Linus Kaikai had promised to put together.

Willis Raburu, of the ‘Truth-Meter’ feature on Citizen TV, alongside Sylvia Chebet and Hussein Mohammed are all set to pack their bags and head for the Kimathi Street based media house.

Speculation is rife as to whether they are being poached or being fired but all this movement by seemingly stable employees is causing alot of disquiet.
