One FM’s Leading Anchor on A Noble Cause (Photos)

Last Saturday saw One FM’s leading news anchor, Leah Mutimba, and her friends as well as other well-wishers take part in one of the most commended charitable trust. Under the banner ‘Changamka Dada’, Mutimba took the worthy cause to the heart of Kibera slum.

‘Changamka Dada’ is Mutimba’s brain child and its initiative is to provide sanitary towels and panties, counseling on health-related matters as well as personal challenges faced by girls living in low-income areas like slums.

Other than that, ‘Changamka Dada’ educates the girls on how they can start income-generating projects and teach and guide the girls using practical examples on setting and achieving their goals and dreams. Here are some photos from last Saturday’s noble cause;
