E-Sir lost his life in a grisly road accident that happened along Nakuru-Nairobi highway as he was returning to the capital from a concert the flamingo county of Nakuru.
13 years have passed since E-Sir left us. Memories of the fallen legend are still fresh in our minds as hits like ‘Moss Moss’, ‘Saree’, ‘Hamunitishi’, ‘Leo ni Leo’, ‘Boomba Train’ among others have refused to fade away with passing time.
Nameless was in the same accident that robbed E-Sir his life. He was travelling in the same car with the fallen musician when they crashed.
Today is E-Sir’s 13th anniversary. Nameless, Elani, Avril are only but a few musicians who were quick to celebrate the life of Issah Mmari Wangui aka E-Sir.
