NTV Publicly Fires Popular TV Host and a Producer for Having ‘Questionable Moral Character’

Two NTV employees have found themselves jobless over what the management terms as gross misconduct.

In an official notice sent to the public by NTV Uganda, the media house claimed that Anne Nakawombe of the Login program and Kevin Kaija of Seeds of Gold were fired for breaching the NTV code of conduct by being unethical.

The media station did not specify what they did that was termed as ‘gross misconduct’

Below is the Official Notice:

NTV Management announces that Anne Nakawombe and Kevin Kaija have ceased being employees of the station owing to gross misconduct.

Anne has been the presenter of Login while Kevin worked on the Seeds of Gold program as producer.

These employees were found to be in breach of the NTV Employee Code of Conduct as stipulated in their terms of employment.

We do not condone unethical or questionable moral character.
