It sounds like some mob psychology stuff, until you realize just how many men can fall to the Fisi level at least once in a day. While there are those out and out Fisi members some do not realize their fisi potential until it pops out at the oddest of moments. So the latest victim was none other than the second most powerful man in the land, the ultimate hustler, DP William Ruto.

He and a couple of gents were in the presence of an unidentified beautiful lady and the camera man caught the DP at his Fisi moment. You can see the girl blushing possibly at some line from the DP who is spotting the widest grin ever.
