Nicely Dressed Murang’a Woman Fights Presidential Guards In A Bid To Seek Audience With President Uhuru (Photos)
While she harbored no ill motive, President Uhuru’s security detail couldn’t risk allowing her to move anywhere close to the head of state.
The President is usually protected by an elite unit of the police who keeps around the clock watch over him for the duration of his presidency.
For ordinary raia to penetrate the President’s aura, he/she has to deal with the men in suit first. (Presidential guards usually don classy suits.)
A decently dressed Murang’a woman didn’t factor in the president’s security detail in her plan when she attempted to seek audience with the commander in chief.
Uhuru had visited Kihiu Mwiri scheme in Gatanga, Murang’a County to issue title deeds to shareholders of the controversial land buying company.
The woman capitalized on the President’s presence in the area to personally meet and tell him whatever was burning her.
But this was never to happen. Just as she was making her way to where the head of state was seated, the President’s guard dashed to stop her.
The woman wouldn’t give up on her mission that easy. She tried shaking off two guards that had stopped her and for a moment they were locked in a scuffle.
It took the intervention of two female administration police to subdue the gritty lady. She was finally whisked away without any injury.
