The was in a social media post of the blog, which laments on spending money. The actress, in the comments section stated that she is tired of using a ‘V’ when she actually needs something else.

Well, going by the context of her comment, it is safe to assume that ‘V’ means Vibrator. At least, until she comes back to say that it means something else.
