Tonto Dikeh Says she was Envious of Mercy Johnson, Explains why she Always Picked a Fight with the Actress

In the past years, fans and friends of Mercy Johnson and Tonto Dikeh could swear that nothing will every bring both actresses together. This is because they were never friends. As a matter of fact, they came off as sworn enemies.

After her split from her husband, Tonto however, tendered public apology to the dark skinned actress. This apology was taken almost immediately without reservations. This brought the actresses together for the first time, to being cordial with each other.

Taking to her Instagram page, the mother of one has however, shared a throwback photo of herself and Mercy. In her caption, she revealed that the mother of three was the only one she saw as a competition, back in the days. All the fights she picked with her was because she was envious of her, she said.

Tonto also added that Mercy Johnson was the only one she wanted to be like until she discovered that being herself was the best.
