Revelation: Viral Marriage Proposal Where he Said “No” was Staged

It was a skit to raise some sort of awareness.

Yesterday, another video surfaced online of a lady whose marriage proposal was rejected by her man. The guy in the video said no to the proposal and angrily walked away.

Well, according to SDK’s Blog, it is actually a staged act, aimed at creating some sort of awareness. An unnamed Wazobia TV  presenter who interviewed the said fake couple shared photos and narrated what really happened.

He wrote;

Did you watch the video of the girl who proposed to her boyfriend who in turn rejected her proposal?
How many of you thought it was a joke?

Well, it was actually a skit…Not Real at all.

We had them on the Gudu Morning Naija show today to explain the reason behind such act. According to the guy he said he did it to raise awareness that there is absolutely nothing wrong if a woman proposes to a man and also nothing wrong generally as it surrounds “Proposal” to reject even if it’s in Public. “
