Burnaboy Invited by Police in Connection to Mr. 2Kay’s Gun point Robbery in Eko Hotels

One of the arrested culprits implicated Burnaboy.

Singer, Mr. 2Kay was on the 22nd of October attacked in his room at Eko Hotels after his performance at the “Buckwyld N Breathless” concert at the hotel, Burnaboy however has been implicated in connection to this attack.

Some of the perpetrators of the crime were arrested and one among those arrested implicated Burna Boy.

This is according to an LIB exclusive which said that “a guy named Joel, said to be Burnaboy’s road manager, was the last person to leave Mr 2Kay’s hotel room before 4 men stormed his room after Mr. 2Kay mistook one of them for room service.” Mr. 2kay was robbed and beaten by the men before storming out of the room.

Though the level of Burnaboy’s involvement in the attack is yet to be confirmed, LIB gathered that the singer has been invited for questioning. This is because one of the arrested culprits implicated him.

Following the attack, Mr. 2Kay filled a 500 million Naira lawsuit against Eko hotels. Sources however,  says his  beef and a recent one with Burnaboy may have led to the incident.

One would recall that prior to the attack, Mr. 2kay had slammed Burnaboy for saying he would beat up fraudulent pastors. This didn’t seem to go down well with the ‘Rock your Body’ crooner as he was said to have threatened Mr. 2Kay via DM.
