‘My Enemies Sent The Text Messages As My Phone Charged’, Juja MP Defends Himself

Juja MP Francis Waititu has been embroiled in controversy after he was accused of sacking a female employ who worked for the CDF office for refusing to give in to his sexual advances.

The MP is a man under siege after the allegations surfaced, with pressure piling from all corners for the legislator to carry his own cross.

And now as the case against him is getting into the court corridors, the MP has come out strongly to deny that he sent Susan Wambui messages soliciting for sexual favours.

Waititu has told the Star that he normally leaves his phone for judging in different places in Parliament and it is likely that his political enemies used that opportunity to send the ugly texts.

Waititu adds that even his aids know his passwords and it is possible that they may have sent the texts to the recipient, Susan Wambui.

The MP believes he will be vindicated because he is innocent and that he will not appear in court as many want it to be.

Mr. Waititu faces a possible chance of losing his seat if found guilty of committing the offence.

Meanwhile Waititu is denying that Susan worked as his secretary in the CDF office.
