So The world was waiting for that Bobby Mapesa date on Tujuane the same way most of us wait for our salaries. intently, gleefully.. with a sense of foreboding.. We thought, well, he is Bobby Mapesa, his second name is “money” lets see what rabbit he pulls from his hat this time round… and pull a rabbit from a hat he did, just not our kind or rabbit..

So the date happened. Our lady who had dressed to within inches of her life (refer to “dressed to kill”) showed up for the date, her knight, Bobby was there, the don, complete in shining Armour. But he didn’t take her up in his arms before riding with her to the moors for a passionate date. He whisked her to a random kibanda.. Kibanda? Yes a random ghetto stall…

Oh and are you thinking  that the kibanda date was off? Wait up, you wanna find out how the two got to the kibanda? A limousine perhaps?  Not really.. 

So this is how Bobby showed up, and that’s how our lady ended up at a kibanda.  Kenyans and East Africans think that this was a well staged publicity stunt.
