Maina Kageni Is Recovering From Surgery Following Accident In Kajiado County. He Will Be Back On Air Soon

Main Kageni suffered an accident over the weekend that has seen him be absent from his show for a couple of days.

The celebrated Classic 105 morning show presenter slipped during his last Maina Kageni Road Trip Tour in Kajiado County. The accident caused injury to his crucial ligaments on his leg. After MRI scans at Aga Khan Hospital a surgery was recommended. He was scheduled to undergo one on Monday at 8pm. Taking to his Facebook he shared with fans his predicament but promised to be back soon.

“Surgery scheduled for tonight at 8pm…. Nitakie mema tafadhali…. But I’ll be out of here tomorrow… I’m a ninja like that!!!!!! Have a great afternoon….”. 

We hope it all went well and wish him a speedy recovery. Meanwhile Larry Asego has continued to fill in admirably though the legion of Maina’s fans wants him back ASAP.
