Maina Kageni Investigates: Revelations from his Exposé

So, Classic 105’s Maina Kageni decided to try his hands at investigative journalism after years on radio. The celebrated radio host’s main area of interest was the seemingly unreal land and property deals that is PRC.

Thing is, this company, Property Reality Company (PRC), has been running numerous ads on all media platforms claiming to be the cheapest real estate dealer. PRC has been selling land to people for as low as 100,000 Shillings. With all this talk, he decided to carry out an investigation that leads him to discover the truth about PRC and its deals.

So, after having a chat with Brian Gacari, the C.E.O of Property Reality Company (PRC), Maina Kageni, is still not convinced, and so he tracks down one of PRC’s client, Tony, to interview him and know whether PRC are as genuine as the C.E.O had proposed.

Tony, tries to convince him that the properties are real and that he purchased 1/8 acre at 150,000 three months ago and right now its value has gone by 33%.

However, after grilling Tony and getting all the information there is he might have needed, the breakfast show host is still not convinced that the deals are real.

So, he takes up the C.E.O’s offer to visit Enape Ridge, Kitengela and see for himself that indeed, the land does exist.
