Los Angeles Newspaper Makes Racist Reference to Lupita Nyong’o

There are very many ways to talk smack. I should know. i am very astute when it comes to insulting people without their realizing it. I also speak fluent sarcasm and razor sharp wit. So I was rather riled when I came across a Los Angeles based newspaper that carried a rather suspect headline.

The titled might have been meant to play with Lupita’s role or it could aswell have been a racist jibe, who knows. It depends on who does the picking. I however felt slighted because it made a mockery of the dark days humanity -nay- Africans endured during the days of the trans-Atlantic slave trade days.

It might be that my sense of humour is dull when slavery is brought up but I fail to see the LOLs in this. Check out the headline and let me know what you make of it:
