Look at What These Indian Managers Did to Their Kikuyu Employee Who Is Alleged To Have Stolen Company Property (Video)

The stereotype goes on how cruel and stingy some employers of Indian origin can be and certain action only serve to prove this stereotype true.

Consider the unfortunate and saddening case of one Isaack Njoroge a 38 year old driver at one of the Mombasa based transporting firms owned by PN Mashru. The driver was accused of stealing company property in the form of aluminum coil worth several millions. What followed when he was arrested was not the expected procedure of getting him to the police and subsequently charging him.

Instead the company managers had the driver taken and bound to a huge tire outside the company premises and they supervised the torture of the man as his fellow employees stood and watched. The poor man was at one point burnt with no one coming to his aid.

That such an incident should happen and the managers go scott free talks of the levels of impunity still rampant in the country while thieves of billions of shillings get to walk and are invited to police stations rather than arrested. Here is the sad video courtesy of Daily Nation:

Isaack Njoroge, 38, was beaten and part of his body burnt as his managers at PN Mashru supervised the brutal act at the company premises in Jomvu.
