KTN Does Something No Other TV Has Done Before (Video)

Standard Group’s TV station, KTN, seems keen on defending its title as the authoritative channel. On Friday, the TV station marked another milestone when it introduced a totally new segment, something that has never been witnessed on Kenyan TV.

The segment, Guest News Anchor, is the first of its kind on Kenyan TV and KTN will be having a guest anchor sharing part of the bulletin with the host anchor, Betty Kyalo. Thing is, the guest anchor basically does what news anchors do; sit behind a desk and read the news script.

But as you will find out, new anchoring is no walk in the park for a novice.

The maiden show saw Kenya Rugby 7s star, Collins Injera take the ‘hot-seat’ behind the cameras and lights. Here’s that;
