KOT Defend with Vigour the Endowed Female Cop who drove the Internets Crazy
Last Sunday, the internets went crazy after a photo of a well endowed female traffic cop surfaced online from the Kiambu Rally.
With all manner of hilarious memes doing round on FB and Twitter, it was only so long before Corporal Linda Okello came under the radar of her bosses at Vigilance House.
Linda was reportedly reprimanded for “dressing indecently” despite her insistence that the skirt is the same one that was issued to her by the police service. Apparently, female cops aren’t allowed to look sexy and at the same time keep law and order.
Unconfirmed report also indicates that her boss had pointed out that she would be transferred to a police post in Mandera as disciplinary action for her inappropriate dressing.
This “unfair treatment” of the officer obviously didn’t go down well with KOT who decided to become Linda’s knight in shining armour.
Under the TT #KenyansforLindaOkello, the online Kenyans sparked a discussion to fight for their favorite female cop;
If Linda Okello gets more than a memo, it will be the height of hypocrisy and male chauvinism #kenyansforlindaokello

Why transfer #LindaOkello, I think she gave the police a beautiful image. This is discrimination at its worst.

Stooping too low as a security chief to dismiss or otherwise punish a well dressed lady cop is absurd. Unconceivable! #KenyansForLindaOkello
