Former First Lady Lucy Kibaki is fighting for her life at the Nairobi Hospital Intensive Care Unit following her admission there today in the morning.

The former first lady fondly referred to as Mama Lucy was taken to Nairobi Hospital after being moved from Getrude’s Children’s home where she had been taken at 4am. She was taken to Nairobi Hospital at 5am after she experienced breathing difficulties while at her  Muthaiga hospital.
