Kenya Red Cross Gets Into the Hotel Business

The Kenya Red Cross Society has gotten into the hotel business with the launch of their new ultra-modern establishment, The Boma. It is a different kind of hotel in that all the proceeds go towards the society’s humanitarian work.

The Boma has 148 luxury deluxe guests rooms in different categories: 120 Superior rooms, 21 Deluxe rooms, five Business Suites, one Executive Suite, one Presidential Suite.

All rooms and suites come with luxury ammenities including complimentary high-speed internet access, multimedia plug and play ports, LED television, direct dial up telephones, 24 hour room service and an executive work space to cater for the business traveler.

The Boma Nairobi is in a strategic location for the leisure and business traveler due to its proximity to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and the Wilson Airport.
