Zari Hassan recently addressed her relationship with Tanzanian music star Diamond Platnumz, emphasizing that their bond is solely centered on co-parenting.

During her visit to Kenya, Zari shared that while she and Diamond maintain a positive relationship, there is no romantic connection between them.

“We co-parent very well. Whenever we meet, it’s all good vibes, which some people mistake for chemistry. But it’s just that—we are not enemies, and we’re raising our kids together,” she stated.

This differs from how their relationship was portrayed on Young, Famous & African, where Diamond often implied that Zari still had feelings for him.

Zari also addressed her marriage to Shakib Cham, revealing that he initially had concerns about her dynamic with Diamond. These concerns were heightened when Diamond suggested on the reality show that Zari wanted more children with him—a claim she strongly denied.

While Shakib was initially wary, Zari said he later came to trust her intentions.
