YY Comedian Splits from Girlfriend Noela Toywa After Two Months

Comedian Oliver Otieno, popularly known as YY Comedian, has ended his two-month relationship with Noela Toywa.

In an interview, YY confirmed the breakup following weeks of speculation about trouble in their relationship.

Fans first noticed something was amiss when YY failed to celebrate Ms. Toywa’s birthday late last year, sparking questions online.

“We broke up. People part ways—it’s just life,” YY said, refraining from disclosing further details about their split.

YY had publicly introduced Noela Toywa in November 2024, shortly after his relationship with Marya Okoth ended. During the announcement, he treated Toywa to a romantic chopper ride and lunch date, marking the launch of her Instagram account.

The couple was seen enjoying the helicopter ride, with YY captioning the moment:
“I took my girl for lunch as I introduced her to my world. Thank you for the friendship, @noelatoywa❤️. Choose a destination of your choice, and @adequatesafaris will ensure you go there.”

At the time, YY praised Toywa for bringing happiness into his life, stating:
“You’ve brought so much joy to my life, and it’s an honor to have you. I feel it’s time I introduce you to my world so people can know and understand who you are, what you stand for, and your beliefs.”

In a heartfelt gesture, YY also gifted Noela a title deed, saying:
“This is a piece of land I acquired for you. Do with it as you wish—build a house, start a business, it’s up to you.”

Toywa officially launched her Instagram account during the event, introducing herself to YY’s fans:
“Hi, my name is Noela Toywa,” she said, cutting the ribbon.

Despite the promising start to their relationship, YY announced their separation just two months later.
