Three weeks ago, the mother of one openly discussed her struggles with weight loss, despite trying several proven methods. She sought advice from netizens, asking what had worked for them, and expressed her frustration with the process.

“A girl is frustrated! I have tried everything to lose weight!” the content creator shared.

Detailing her journey, she explained, “I did intermittent fasting from 2019 to 2021 and lost around 15 kg. I stopped, went back to it again in 2022, and lost some weight, but since then, a girl has not lost weight!”

Yvette also asked people to be considerate and refrain from fat-shaming or commenting on her weight, as she finds it beyond her control and is feeling frustrated by the situation.
