Willy Paul’s Saldido Label To Be Closed Temporarily
Kenyan music label Saldido International is gearing up for a fresh start with the temporary closure of its studio. This decision, announced by Willy Paul on January 9th, marks the beginning of a significant revitalization aimed at elevating the creative experience for customers, producers, and artists.
The temporary closure allows for much-needed renovations and improvements to the studio. This transformative period will result in a more efficient and inspiring space for music production and collaboration.
“We are excited to share that Saldido International Studio is undergoing a revitalising transformation to enhance your experience,” the label statement reads. “During this time, the studio will be temporarily closed for renovations and improvements.”
The statement expresses gratitude for the understanding and support of their valued clients during this phase. Once the studio is ready, they will provide a notification for its grand re-opening.
Saldido International Studio has played a pivotal role in nurturing Kenyan musical talent. Miss Picasah, the first artist signed under the label, released several successful tracks, while Klons, the first male artist, also enjoyed solo and collaborative hits with Willy Paul.
