Willy Paul Released After Claiming His Life Is In Danger
Musician Willy Paul, known by his stage name “Pozee,” has taken to social media alleging threats to his safety.
Pozee shared on Instagram that individuals claiming to be police officers are present outside his residence.
“I’ve been told that there are police officers outside my house syotani Villas waiting for me saying I knocked someone and ran away, they want to kill me!!! The same thing hapened last year. If something happens to me you mjue ni watu wamevaa uniform and they’re outside my house right now!!” he wrote.
He alleges these individuals accuse him of a hit-and-run incident and expresses concern for his safety.
Pozee claims a similar accusation was made against him last year.

Pozee urged his followers and journalists to visit his residence to verify the situation and potentially deter any alleged threats.

The musician has reportedly been released since then; but on a cash bail of Ksh 100,000. According to Diana Marua’s lawyer, Pozze has not been adhering to court summons for 2 years, leading to police arresting him. His ruling is yet to be heard.
