Willy Paul exposes celebrity infecting young ladies with HIV/ AIDS
Willy Paul stirred more controversy on the internet yesterday when he posted about a specific male celebrity who the ‘Njiwa’ accused of deliberately spreading HIV to naive young women.
The artist chastised the celebrity for his inexcusable actions on his Instagram Stories, where he shared the alarming information.
“You have AIDS and HIV and you’re a celebrity. You have been focusing on girls between the ages of 19 and 25. Some naïve girls are still unaware that you’ve contaminated them. A sister is the last person you contaminated. Boss, you ought to be behind bars. You are aware of who you are.

Section 14 of the HIV and AIDS Control Act of Kenya states that although disclosure is voluntary, an individual living with HIV who willfully and knowingly puts another person at risk of contracting the virus is guilty of an offense for which they may be sentenced to up to ten years in jail, up to Sh500,000 in fines, or both.
In a case brought by Aids Law Project, a nonprofit that provides free legal help in partnership with the University of Nairobi, the Kenya High Court struck down section 24 of the HIV/AIDS Act in 2010.
The court determined that the part violated the rights of people living with HIV to confidentiality and privacy, and that it was unconstitutional.
