“Unastalk mtu alioleka?” Mulamwah’s bizarre account of how he and Ruth K got together

After a successful baby shower on Saturday, January 20, comedian Mulamwah and Ruth K are now sharing the story of how they met.

The couple, in a YouTube video, revealed that they have been under pressure to talk about it.

“Yes, you have been asking for the longest time, tulimeet aje? It’s funny,” Ruth says. Mulamwah jokes that she was pursuing him, stating, “Yeye ndiye alinimeet, by the way.”

However, she denies this, urging him to tell the truth about how they met. “Mimi? Hakuna, msidanganywe, tell them the truth of how we met,” she cajoles him.

He insists she had his pictures on her phone by the time they were meeting, revealing, “She met me, mbona by the time we met, mapicha zilikuwa zimejaa kwa simu yako? You were stalking me.”

She responds, “Heh, is it bad to stalk someone? Si unastalk tuu msee, kama napenda outfit yako, ilikuwa unatafutia mtu wangu au bro wangu, si naangalia tuu, eh huyu ndiye, in short, nilkuwa naangalia outfit,” she claims.

Ruth and Mulamwah chat, and he adds, “Unastalk mtu alioleka.”

She teases him, saying, “Ulikuwa umeoleka? Basi ulikuwa pabaya,” giggling about it. They met in Eldoret, where she worked in a hardware store. Ruth requests Mulamwah not to disclose the year they met.

Mulamwah laughs, “We met in a weird place; you can’t believe you would meet someone there, mrembo anafanya kazi uko,” but she demands to know why he finds it amusing.

He assures her and reveals her job, saying, “Si ni kazi yako? I was buying some metals, you know I’m an artist, so we were buying metals for a tent, so I was forced to enter a hardware.”

He continues, “So I entered and met a woman on the counter. We talked a bit, ndio kamtu alitoka, ni kama alikuwa anapanga misumari kwa kilo.”

Ruth confirms the details but expresses embarrassment. Mulamwah noticed her beautiful looks, saying, “When she stood up, I was like ei kunaenda aje?”

She begged for his number. “Aliniangukia. She texted me and sent me her IG handle. She had kienyeji pictures,” he said about her clothes and style.

They planned a date. Ruth ended the video by saying his account of how they met was wrong.
