“Umekonda sana” Lilian Ng’ang’a looking skinny in photos raising concern about her about health

Former Machakos Governor First Lady Ms Lilian Ng’ang’a might have travelled to Kisumu this past weekend – that is judging from her latest photos shared on her Insta page.

Well, I really can’t confirm whether the photos were taken at Juliani’s upcountry but after a fan left a comment saying ‘hapa ni pale mwiso wa lami’ – I figured probably this is a familiar site from the Nyanza region.

Apart from that, it appears that fans feel that Ms Nganga has lost so much weight since announcing her break up with the Machakos Governor. According to most fans, Lilian doesn’t appear the same and although the smile she wears on her face is genuine – the weight issue is now worrying them. One of the comments read;

Considering the fact that Alfred Mutua has apparently been stressing Lilian Ng’ang’a since their break up; we kinda understand why the lady seems to have shed so much weight in such short period.
