Former President Uhuru Kenyatta expressed deep concern for Kenyans affected by the devastating floods ravaging parts of the country. Nakuru, Nairobi, Homa-Bay, Garissa, Kisumu, Mombasa, and regions within Central, Eastern, and Rift Valley areas are among the worst-hit. In a Tuesday statement, Kenyatta offered heartfelt condolences to families who suffered losses due to the heavy rains.
“Relentless rainfall has caused immense damage, displacing families, destroying infrastructure, and claiming lives,” he said, acknowledging the profound difficulties these communities face.
