“Honestly, we need a break. But does a break mean slowing down? Meaning no breaks after all, tena unajam… Eloi Eloi 💔😭✊🏽,” Flaqo wrote.

He praised the youth for their courage and peaceful expression of their grievances.

“The young generation of Kenya speaks with one voice! ✊🏽🇰🇪 Courage, bravery, and standing unfazed for what is right. Truth! ✊🏽✊🏽 Rest in peace to all our heroes who were heartlessly killed fighting for the future of Kenya 💔😔 This will not be in vain #rejectfinancebill2024 VIVA!!” he penned in a post on his Instagram.

Flaqo has participated in peaceful marches in both Kisumu and Nairobi.

The recent shooting of a child in Rongai, as police opened fire on protestors using live bullets, has sparked widespread outrage. Flaqo condemned the incident.

“They shot a kid in Rongai, a small, harmless boy… The killings in Githurai are being swept under the carpet… a small boy just got shot,” he expressed, using broken heart emojis to convey his distress.

In addition to the violence, hundreds of businesses have been looted. Flaqo also addressed this issue, noting the severe impact on business owners.

Kieni MP Njoroge Wainaina reported losing over Sh550 million last Tuesday after his supermarket was raided and vandalized.

Flaqo criticized the looting as counterproductive.

“Looting. This is now foolishness. You are taking us 10 steps back. This isn’t it at this point. No,” he stated.
