TikToker Nyako Accuses Brian Chira of Defamation, Plans Legal Action

Popular TikToker Rose Atieno, better known as Nyako, has accused content creator Brian Chira of repeatedly defaming her on various social media platforms. Nyako has revealed her intention to pursue legal action against Chira, citing his alleged defamatory actions as the reason.

During a live show with Obidan Dela, Nyako expressed her frustrations with Chira’s alleged online abuse, which she said has been ongoing. She also highlighted that there are videos documenting these instances.

“This young man has abused me online on several occasions, and there are videos to confirm that. To stop this, I will have to go the Azziad way,” Nyako said during the live show.

Azziad Nasenya, another popular TikToker, had previously taken legal action against Chira for allegedly defaming her and sharing her personal contact information.
