“Those who know me well msikose kukam kunizika” Nyahururu photographer kills himself after posting suicide note on Facebook

When Gerald Mwangi Ngima took to Facebook to post a suicide note, not many people took him seriously. Many made fun of him and even joked about raising money for his sendoff.

Gerald was a photographer and actor from Nyahururu, Laikipia county. On Wednesday June 20th he posted a suicide note on Facebook.

Depression

He was obviously depressed, he talks about how he has had enough of life on the note. He asks those who knows him well to attend his burial if his body is found.

“I think my time on this world is over. I hv been through enough but am done. For those who. Knows me well msikose kukam kunisika iwapo mwili wangu utapatikana. Niliwapenda nyoote lakini mungu akanipenda sana. R.I.P GERALD MWANGI NGIMA,” wrote Gerald.

Suicide

The 29-year-old took his own life as he had promised. He committed suicide less than 24 hours after he posted of his intention to cut short his life.

Messages of condolences flooded Gerald’s timeline hours after he posted the suicide note on Facebook. Netizens expressed shock as most of them thought he was only joking about taking his own life.
