This is why Ezekiel Mutua chose to look the other way in the case of 3 women dancing naked on top of a car

A few days ago an amateur video of three woman dancing in their birthday suits and having oral sex on the roof of a car took the country by storm.

The video was said to been shot somewhere in Machakos but no one seems to be quite sure about the location. Police launched investigation into the incident following public outcry.

Moral police reacts

Kenya Film  and Classification Board (KFCB) CEO Ezekiel Mutua had remained silent about the shocking video until when he was contacted by Standard.

The moral cop explains that he opted not to say a word about the explicit video because he didn’t receive any formal complaint.

“We have not received a formal complaint for us to investigate the case. From the video, it’s hard to tell whether it was shot in Kenya,” said Ezekiel Mutua.
