“They are insulting and bullying me” Xtian Dela cries after announcing his support for the LGBT community

Xtian Dela recently announced that he will be vying for the Westlands Member of Parliament seat in the coming 2022 elections.

Being a youth who understands what’s happening among the young people; Arthur Mandela then promised to fight for the legalization of gay and lesbian relationships. According to him, this is because most youths in Kenya belong to the LGBT community; but due to discrimination – most prefer to lay low.

However with him representing the people from Westlands area; Xtian promised to accommodate the gay community which is growing quite fast in the country. He said;

Most young people in Kenya are part of the LGBTQ community! You and I both have amazing gay friends and we have no issue about it. It’s high time we as Kenyans accepted the fact and legislated laws that protect them instead of criminalizing and insulting them,

Xtian bashed

Well, since it’s not everyone who supports the gay community; Xtian has had to deal with critics insulting and bashing him for promoting same sex relationships.

This is probably because most still hold on to religious teachings which prohibit such behaviors; but with the new generation – this is clearly not applicable.

Anyway, having revealed his stand – Xtian now says that he has been unable to sleep due to the insults; and bullying comments he has since been receiving since his post. Through his Twitter handle, Xtian wrote;

Been getting hate comments, calls, emails, DMs, calls and texts all day because of my LGBT stand. The INSULTS, HATE and BILE are just too much. Haven’t been able to even sleep. The CYBER BULLYING I’m receiving is EXTREME. Too much hate for ????️‍???? ????️‍????
