In a recent video on her YouTube channel, Ruth addressed her prolonged absence while also apologizing for her silence. “I know you’ve been looking for me,” she began, acknowledging the concern expressed by some of her followers. She mentioned receiving numerous private messages from fans, expressing their worries and eagerness for her return. “My DMs were full, asking if I’m okay, saying they missed me, urging me to come back,” she shared.

In the video, Ruth also revealed that she had been spending time in Kitale, enjoying a quiet and peaceful life. She teased her fans with a new recipe and hinted at indulging in the local delicacies of Kitale, suggesting that it had given her renewed energy.

Furthermore, Ruth disclosed that her hiatus from social media had allowed her to reconnect with her family and catch up on quality time.
