Bitter-sweet moment: Vera Sidika prays for ex-boyfriend after he was thrown in jail in UAE

Socialite Vera Sidika recently had a sweet but rather bitter moment after learning her ex-boyfriend Yommy Johnson was arrested and jailed in the United Arab Emirates.

Vera and the Nigerian man who dated in 2016 had an ugly breakup after Johnson allegedly beat her up.

Vera on social media shared that she had just been informed of his arrest but didn’t share why the man was thrown in prison.

She wasn’t really happy that it happened but neither was she sad.

“Someone called me yesterday to tell me that an ex that once wronged me got arrested last week. So karma does exits, what goes around definitely comes back around,” she posted.

“Spending nights in jail in UAE ain’t cute though. I can only imagine, may God be with him.”

Abortion

Yommi revealed that he dumped Vera after she aborted his baby and discovered that she was sleeping around with other Nigerian men.

Vera in turn came out to accuse her of domestic abuse. She also deneied she aborted his child.

“My ex is obsessed with me and that is why he has not moved on. I have not aborted any child. I have an implant for five years, so I cannot get pregnant.” she said then. 

Ommy Dimpoz is just in hospital for check, not in ICU- Management

Tanzanian musician Ommy Dimpoz’s management have come out to deny circulating reports that the singer was rushed back to hospital and that his condition has worsened.

According his management, the singer went to South Africa for a check up and is not in ICU as some reports have stated.

Doing fine

The ‘Nai Nai’ hit maker, who is signed to Ali Kiba’s management Rockstar 4000, developed serious complications on his throat while attending Alikiba’s wedding in Mombasa.

He traveled to South Africa where he went under the knife three months ago to have his esophagus rectified but returned last week for a check up.

“He went for the check up as was advised by the doctors every three months. Dimpoz is in good health and hasn’t been admitted. After the checkup he went back to his residence,” Mosha is quoted.

Celebrities across East Africa have come out to wish the popular singer a quick recovery and asked him to stay strong.

Vera Sidika was eaten raw by Yommy Johnson and the aftereffects of it forced her to take action, a move that turned out to be disastrous.

The bumful Kenyan socialite briefly dated the wealthy Nigerian businessman before their relationship ended in the dramatic way ever.

Yommy has now revealed details about his brief relationship with Vera, he said that he met Vera for the first time in September 2016 when he solicited for her escort service.

“I met Vera for the first time in early September 2016. I contacted her about her services as an escort and she told me that she charges Kes 500,000.  We spent five days together and later, we kept in touch,” Yommy was quoted by Heads Up.

Yommy hooked up with the bootyful Kenyan socialite weeks after their first meeting and a few months later Vera Sidika was pregnant with his child.

The Nigerian explained that things started going south in November, and in May 2017 Vera decided to abort their unborn baby and claimed that she had a miscarriage.

“We decided to start dating and things were all good until last November when I bumped into her phone only to find out she was chatting with clients from Nigeria and negotiating prices for her services. She also had pictures of herself with a Kenyan politician. Drama began in May when we had an argument and she went to Nigeria claiming she was going to abort my baby there. I begged her not to do it, but she went ahead. I was angry and I cut off communication with her. I was shocked when she later claimed she had suffered a miscarriage and that I beat her up. I know my truth and I have never laid my hands on Vera,” Yommy Johnson explained.

Vera however had a different explanation about her ex’s claim that she aborted their unborn baby, she explained that she couldn’t get pregnant because she had birth control implant.

“My ex is obsessed with me and that is why he has not moved on. I have not aborted any child. I have an implant for five years, so I cannot get pregnant,” Vera stated.
