Although the beats are amazing , it is time to understand what is in between the lines as we sing to the tune.

Ycee in Dakun is talking all about love and is so much into this girl that he is begging her. In addition, just like African artistes, Ycee is also love stricken but it is okay. Seems this is what is selling in music.

To add, Dakun has been delivered in the kind of English that has the Nigerian dialect making it unique from any other kind of music.

Lets dig deeper into the lyrics as it is already right to say that Dakun confirms Ycee’s lyrical prowess and talent in music.

Ay Big Bakka make you shake for me Eh, I dont know why you wanna run away from me. I just wanna take you out on a date mommy.  You’re a plus you don’t never take away from me Ah, Insta– why they hate’ on me.
