Popular American TV personality Steve Harvey is set to vacation in Kenya this September. The news came during a meeting with Kenyan President William Ruto at Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta. Harvey, filling in for Tyler Perry who was away, welcomed President Ruto and his delegation.
The visit coincides with Harvey’s break before resuming filming of his game show “Family Feud” in Johannesburg, South Africa.
“President Ruto, like a brother, invited me to Kenya,” Harvey said, “and luckily, September is my vacation time.” He expressed his excitement, calling the visit a “dream come true.”
President Ruto sees this partnership as a turning point for Kenya’s creative sector. He emphasized the importance of mentorship and inspiration for local talents, and hopes Harvey, along with others, will play a role in that.

“This will be a game-changer,” President Ruto declared. “We plan to do more, and I want to express my gratitude to everyone here. Thank you, Steve, for what you’re doing for Kenya.
