Popular content creator Wanjiru Shiro has denied rumors that she is in a romantic relationship with fellow comedian Crazy Kennar. Shiro, who often portrays a married couple with Kennar in their skits, said that their relationship is purely professional.
“We don’t mix business with pleasure,” Shiro said in an interview with a local media house. “There is nothing much into it. We have never dated. It would be very weird.”
Shiro acknowledged that the rumors about her and Kennar’s relationship have been circulating for some time, but she said that they are simply not true. She explained that they both started acting at a young age, and that their relationship has always been strictly platonic.
“We started acting when we were young, around 18 or 19,” Shiro said. “People just grew up and decided to venture into other stuff.”
