Funny girl Rono Chebet was unfortunately exposed by her two best friends for being a bed wetter; a move they may have thought would ruin her reputation – but guess what, God is not from their village.

Well I say this judging from how netizens reacted to the exposè video; and yes, it must really feel silly to have pulled such a stunt thinking they’d walk into the hall of fame with such a story.

Okay, yes maybe Rono Chebet needs to work on her drinking habits but come on – why betray her in such a manner? Anyway.

Having watched the video shared by the two people she held so close, I’m sure Rono now understands the importance of dealing with people at arm’s length.

Rono Chebet is not a new name making headlines on most top blogs in the country. Well, she is not only a talented comedian but Rono is a vibe! Yes…she’s all confident and her love for cats keeps many entertained through her gram.

Anyway, of-late Rono has however been focusing on her weight loss journey which seems to be paying off that is judging from her latest posts.

This also explains why we haven’t seen her hang out with her two best friends – I mean, girl has been busy in the gym; and unfortunately her absence has left her ‘best friends’ bad mouthing her around.

Okay, we’re not sure what really happened between Rono and her two besties; but all we know is that the two friends have been running their mouths on YouTube – shaming their comedian for being a bed wetter.

As seen on a YouTube video shared by the two friends, all they do is talk about how embarrassed they were to have even been friends with Rono Chebet.

According to them, the 20 year old is a drunk who pees in bed while sleeping. Alaaar! They go on to throw shade (probably thinking this would make good tea on social media) for being imperfect – but again, was the friendship by force?

Anyway, with the information out – most fans on social media have gone ahead to sympathize with the comedian following the betrayal she faced from her alleged friends. From the comments left by fans, I can only describe the YouTube video as an exposè gone wrong because; damn – tables turned on them real quick.

Style appears to run in Rono Chebets genes! We can confirm this, as we have finally come across a never seen before photo of her stylish mum who she recently introduced through her IG page.

The 20 year old media personality cum comedian went on to introduce her mum to her online family; leaving many wondering whether the two were mother and daughter or just sisters!

This is because, judging by the photo shared by Rono; one can’t help the classy vibe her mum gives in the photo that has attracted a lot of comments and likes from the online fans.

According to fans mama Rono apparently looks younger than her daughter (ouch) while others couldn’t tell who the mother is and who the daughter was.

Keeping fit

This comes barely a week after Rono went on to call out her mum for waking her up at 5 AM for a jog. In the video shared by the comedian, she made it known that she was not about that life; but I guess after the comments left under mum’s photo she will soon be jogging without anyone asking her to.

Of all the mums we have come to see on social media, Rono’s mum is just the bomb! She is not just stylish but classy – something we would mind keeping up with especially if they started their own YouTube reality show.

YouTuber Rono Chebet left no room for imagination after posting her intimate photos on social media in bid to help big women embrace themselves as they are.

Just like most women with big bodies, Rono Chebet has her share of insecurities that almost left her hating the person she was. As seen on her post, most people tend to judge her from her appearance adding that some even question her body and age since they don’t go hand in hand.

With all that pressure, Miss Rono says she got to a point where even dressing in fitting clothes became a problem; and to solve this, she then turned to wearing baggy outfits just to feel comfortable.

  I’ve been body shamed my whole life and I would wear clothes that were huge and buggy because apparently I am too big for 19. I literally wanted to be a nigga at one point???????????? I was like f*ck dis you know but I began to find myself learn things about myself take a pause on giving out more than I was receiving.

According to Rono, she always wanted to be small, petite like the rest. But since her body was not built that way; she learnt to accept the woman she is and when the negative thoughts disappeared the real Rono then came out!

In the comment section, the likes of Kate Kamau among others went on to celebrate Rono for her confidence urging her to keep her head high!

Others may have found the post offensive; but truth is…it must taken Rono a lot to open up about her struggles, however the good thing is the she is no longer insecure.

If the rumors making rounds on social media about Deborah Rono Chebet are true; then I guess she is the latest celebrity radio presenter to walk out on NRG radio!

For a while now the young lady has not been on air and word has it that this is because she’s no longer an employee at the radio station.

This comes just a few months after Tanasha Donna also walked out on the station; stating she needed to focus on son Naseeb and her music career which demands her full attention!

Rono however joined NRG after Elodie Zone who is a YouTuber called it quits after 8 months of working at the station as a a presenter and digital content manager.

However thanks to Rono’s hilarious character and love-able personality; the lass won many people’s hearts through her Instagram page and of course radio show!

Unlike most presenters, we can say that Rono has managed to achieve quite a lot considering she is barely 25 years!

So why quit?

Anyway we cannot confirm whether she is currently working for NRG or is no longer a presenter at the station; but all we can say for now is that rumor already has it that she may not be getting back to her old job!

After much speculation about her conspicuous absence on the airwaves Ms Chebet decided to address this issue through one of her YouTube videos. Unfortunately all Rono did was dodge this question in a manner that speaks louder than words!

From her reaction and body language, we might as well as start missing her cheeky personality that kept many going through her radio show!

Friends with Kamene Goro

Despite Kamene Goro and Kibe walking out on NRG a few months ago; Rono and Kamene stayed friends and even hang out as seen on their social media pages!

However could their friendship be the reason why young Rono opted to bid her NRG radio family goodbye? Well, let’s wait and see how this goes.
