During her stint at HomeBoyz, Kiss FM extended an invitation, but Rachel, though tempted by the lucrative offer from Radio Africa Group, hesitated to switch stations.
“I had reservations; I felt it wasn’t the opportune moment. Despite their persistence and increasing salary offers, I declined. I believed I hadn’t fully explored the potential of my current show,” she explained.

Rachel emphasized the importance of staying committed to her vision, even if it meant forgoing immediate financial gains. She stressed the significance of patience and prioritizing brand building over monetary rewards in the media industry.
However, in 2024, Rachel accepted the offer to join Radio Africa after reassessing her career trajectory. She currently co-hosts the Kiss Drive with DJ Xclusive.
“The timing felt right, and everything seemed to align perfectly. As I transition into this new phase, I feel more equipped to offer valuable insights, drawing from my multifaceted roles as a presenter, entrepreneur, mother, and career-driven individual,” Rachel reflected
