“Familia ya Joho ilitoa pesa” Mohammed Ali provides evidence to show how he was rigged out of Nyali ODM primary (Photos)

The former KTN journalist says he was not only contesting against Said Abdalla Saido but rather against the entire Governor Joho family.

ODM primaries at the Coast were not without drama, claims of rigging and voter bribery have been reported by candidates who lost the election.

Mohammed Ali aka Moha Jicho Pevu lost Nyali ODM primary to Said Abdalla Saido who garnered 3,671 votes against his 2,987 votes.

Moha blames his defeat to ODM electoral system and to a larger extend Joho family. The former KTN journalist provided evidence – 3000 pre-marked ballot papers for Joho’s brother which he says were nabbed by the police.

“I have been locked out. I can’t vote, my people were not allowed to vote on time while Ali Hassan Joho’s brother was allowed to run away with 5 polling stations as early as 7am. All my polling stations were opened at around 2-3pm. The Joho’s have decided to count our votes on our behalf without our permission. It’s a family affair. Let Joho announce the brothers thuggery win tonight at the ASK ground. This album will forever be in my heart. The Joho’s time will come. I will fight till the last man standing,” Mohammed Ali says.

Moha further explained that the Joho family used all means possible to block him from clinching ODM ticket.

Moha confronted Saido at a polling station after he discovered his name and those of his supporters were missing from the voters’ register. The incident was caught on camera, watch the video below:

“Thank u flying squad finishing thugs” Capital FM’s Joe Muchiri praises Eastleigh killer cops as Mohammed Ali and Corazon Kwamboka protest the killings

Two young thugs were executed in broad daylight by the police in Eastleigh on March 31st 2017 as members of the public watched.

The young criminals were said to be members of a notorious gang that terrorized Nairobians and also killed police.

The killings in Eastleigh has been praised and condemned in equal measure; some praised the blatant extrajudicial killings saying the gang deserved it since they were also involved in brutal killings.

Capital FM’s Joe Muchiri subscribes to this school of thought; he posted the video of the killings in Eastleigh as he praised killer cops. (Joe Muchuri later on pulled down the video from his Instagram handle).

Mohammed Ali and Corazon Kwamboka STRONGLY opposed the killings arguing that the victims ought to have been subject to a legal process.

“Chilling scene and a frightening reminder that there are elements of the security forces who murder Kenyan citizens without hesitation and in violation of all laws. Even if they were criminal suspects, whatever the nature of their alleged offences or criminal activities those young men were entitled to due process under rights guaranteed by the constitution. Joseph Nkaissery now protect ur small gods. Jubilee is killing kenya. Watch killing Kenya People and Power Aljazeera. I was called a terrorist sympathiser. Be the judge!” Mohammed Ali wrote.

“Only in Kenya; ??! No regard for human life; yes; they are thieves; maybe even murderers but why shot someone in broad daylight in front of a multitude yet you have already arrested them, then even after shooting them for whatever stupid reason and they are on the ground incapacited still rain more bullets on him? I will answer; because in Kenya human right violation is only a crime people read about; where human life is worthless (criminal or not) I can assure you that this ? will be rewarded; people will applaud him.. his mate was already shot dead; I am sure he was not going to try anything silly. This makes me sick. It’s like we live in a lawless country; where politicians steal and are applauded; even appointed into prestigious offices; why not go shoot those ones too? Over 10 bullets; why?” Corazon Kwamboka wrote.

Ali claims Saido approached him at the crowded podium and started abusing him verbally before he pounced on him and beat him up.

He has since written a letter to ODM disciplinary committee demanding action against Saido;

“Thank you Mombasa. ODM disciplinary committee should now deal with hooligans. The people have decided. Being a brother to Governor Ali Hassan Joho doesn’t give you the right to fight other aspirants on the podium. We know there are instructions not to release the said video with the evidence but it’s too late. Be the judge. You can’t bring a good man down,” Ali wrote.
