Shikwekwe and Obunga give us a break! Vera Sidika works with Diamond’s producer on her second song after Otile Brown also worked with him

Vera Sidika debuted as a singer a few days ago when she released her first solo ‘Nalia’. The bootyful socialite was inspired to drop her new song after being heartbroken again by Otile.

The song received a warm reception, it’s currently trending on position two on YouTube trends and also its on way to hit a million views.

Vera opened up her journey as a musician during an interview with Jalang’o and Alex Mwakidau on Milele FM. She revealed that she was inspired to sing while she was still dating Otile.

“When my ex was recording I used to take him to the studio and he would be in the booth and when he sings because I had heard the song a couple of times I would sing and the producer would be like wow you can sing, you should try music,” said Vera.

Second song

Vera’s second song is already in the pipeline. The bootyful songbird announced that she had worked with Diamond Platnumz’s producer Lizer Classic on her second second.

“Who’s ready for my new single I did last week …produced by Wasafi’s baddest magic fingers @lizerclassic ??
Maybe I should drop it …But Hold up, let’s get Nalia to 1 million views first ? Hopefully 1m in 1 week ?,” wrote Vera Sidika on social media.

Lizer Classic is in Nairobi Coke Studio Africa 2019, he has worked with Otile Brown, Naiboi, Khaligraph Jones and Rayvanny to produce mashups.

Diamond Platnumz’s famous producer Lizer Classic is in Kenya for the first time ever and he is working with a local musicians.

Lizer is in the country for Coke Studio Africa 2019, he has worked with Otile Brown, Naiboi, Khaligraph Jones and Rayvanny to produce mashups.

In an interview with Word Is, Lizer expressed his joy to be in Kenya for the first time ever. He asserted that he would work with Kenyan musicians even after Coke Studio.

“Expect great things because this is my first time in Kenya, and I am promising to work with Kenyans even after this season is over,” said Lizer.

Working with Diamond

Lizer also opened up about how he meet his boss Diamond Platnumz and how working with him is like. He revealed that he had a lot of pressure the first time he worked with Simba to produce ‘Salome’.

“The first song I produced for Diamond was Salome, but there was a lot of pressure,” said Lizer.

He further revealed that he met the singer while he was still hustling in Burundi;

“Diamond did not know I was from Tanzania at first because we met in Burundi, but after interacting, I told him I was from Tanzania. He loved the way I did a production. Then, he wanted to open a studio, and that is how he requested me to work for him. I was ready to work with him.”
