Gospel minister Kambua Manundu recently shared her difficulty in responding when asked how many children she has, as she finds the question emotionally complex.
In a TikTok video, Kambua reflected, “Do I say I have two children because two are at home? Or do I say three because I gave birth to three but lost one? Or is it four, including the miscarriage?”

She expressed that each pregnancy, whether carried to term or not, was significant to her, making it hard to give a straightforward answer.
October marks Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, a time to honor those affected by miscarriage, stillbirth, SIDS, and infant loss.
As part of this awareness campaign, the *Ametenda Zaidi* singer opened up about her personal journey. She is a mother to two children, Nathaniel and Natalie, but also experienced a miscarriage and lost her second son, Malachi, shortly after birth in 2021.
Kambua, who previously discussed her struggles with conception, emphasized the importance of compassion. She offered words of encouragement to mothers who have faced pregnancy or infant loss, reminding them they are seen and loved.

“This is the month to remember all of you,” she said, addressing women who have lost embryos, twins, or experienced stillbirths, as well as those unable to conceive. “You are not alone. It’s going to be okay—from my heart to yours.”
