‘Odi’ hitmaker Hype Ochi has dropped a hot new jam with Maxyn titled ‘Deni’ and it’s worth your time (Audio)

Hype Ochi, the gospel singer who treated Kenyans to the infectious Odi Dance alongside Jabidii and Timeless Noel is back with a new jam alongside talented songstress Maxyn Stephanie and we love it.

The song titled Deni talks about how Jesus paid the price for our sins on the cross. The main message is that we have redemption through his blood.

There are several reasons why I love this song. The first one is very obvious and that is that Maxyn’s voice is so sweet, you just want to keep listening to her.

She did a great job on the hook. It goes like, “Yesu alilipa deni, alilipa deni, Yesu alilipa deni, niko set, niko fresh, me sina deni*3.”

Secondly, Hype Ochi also came through on this jam. He proves his creativity in this song thanks to his witty rhymes and smooth wordplay. You’ll also notice that his style in this jam is different form Odi Dance, KDF and the likes.

The third and last reason is that I think the audio producer – Again Go Sevil, did a good job – on the beat. However, if we are being completely honest, you’ll notice that the beat is similar with that of thousands of gospel songs.

Jabidii is back with another massive hit dubbed ‘Dididing’ (Video)

Celebrated gospel singer Jabidii Amenge, who is famed for hits such as Odi Dance, Vimbada and Shoot Satan, has dropped a new dancehall jam that I can’t get enough of. I kid you not!

Dubbed Dididing (Sina Ubaya), the urges people to put their trust in God because when you have him on your side, you can never lose.

What struck me most about this song is the random yet melodious sounds that Jabidii was making throughout.

Like there’s a part where he says, “So when you step  in, royalty pon di building, didididididin conqueror concocon.”

I don’t even know why, I just loved the repetitive sounds. Chances are you’ll love them too.

The  jam has a slow tempo which is unlike most of Jabidii’s previous releases. It got me thinking whether one can even dance to it but I guess that does not really matter, or does it?

Dididing is the kind of songs that grow in you with time. When you first listen to it, you might feel like it’s not all that but the moment you decide to listen to it again, you’ll definitely be hooked. No kidding.

I loved the lyrics of the song, it will uplift you if you are feeling low. You kind of get the feeling that nothing is impossible if you have faith in the man above and that’s the whole point of this jam.

The song was produced by Danville hitbox and directed by Dantey and in my opinion, they both did a commendable job. Both the video and point but I’ll let you be the judge.

Jabidii has dropped a new jam dubbed ‘Role Model’ and it’s a masterpiece (Video)

Kenyan gospel singer Jabidii Amenge, who is famed for hits such as Odi Dance, Vimbada and Shoot Satan, is back with a new jam and we are really feeling it.

Dubbed Role Model, the new song talks about looking up to Christ and living according to his teachings. Unlike most people who look up to the likes of Obama, the Mbwayaga hit maker explains that Jesus is his role model and he’s not ashamed about it.

The chorus goes like, “Jesus a me real model*3, chenye nafanya yeye ndio real mode,” and I believe it captures the whole message of the song, doesn’t it though?
