Singer Amani is officially off the market, this is the man she got married to (Photo)

Word has it that singer Amani is now a wife as she secretly married to her west African fiancé, Chinasa Udeala.

Speaking during a recent interview the lady revealed that she chose to have a low key ceremony that saw her family and husbands family come together for their union. She said,

It’s a done deal, I’m already married. I’m someone’s wife now. I know many are waiting to see a wedding but I’m one very private person. That’s why you don’t see me doing interviews in my house or other intrusive stuff like that.

The lass went on to add that this was one of the best decisions she has made in her life since her husband is the most loving, understanding and caring husband she could have ever asked for.

She however revealed that she will not be relocating to Nigeria like Emmy Kosgei who is now living and continuing her ministry in Nigeria.

Certainly not for now. My life, our life, is here in Kenya. But when that time comes that I will have to move, I bet you will be the first to know.

Amani also dismissed the rumors claiming that she is pregnant but also mentioned that pretty much soon she will be starting a family since she feels that it is time to have a baby.

Hahaha! Really? No, I’m still not, but honestly, I feel it’s time I had a baby. I believe it’s the right time to get one and we are working on that.

There you have it, Amani is married and the white wedding many have been waiting for will not happen.

Dancehall artist Redsan shares a never seen before photo of his son, meet the handsome boy!

There is no doubt that Redsan is the king of dancehall music in Kenya. He however likes to keep his life on the low to avoid people meddling in his business – an art most celebrities in the country have mastered.

However, not everybody knows that he is married to Delilah, a renowned model who also happens to be the mother of his kid(s).

Anyway, just recently the artist shared a photo hanging out with his adorable son then later pulled down the photo but luckily I managed to get a screenshot making rounds on social media.

Looking at the photo there is no doubt that the small boy took after his dad’s handsome looks. He is one handsome boy who is probably 4 or 5 years now. This was however the first time the fella shared his baby’s photo introducing him to his online family.

Akothee takes shots at men impregnating women and running away from their responsibilities

Akothee who is a mum of 5 beautiful kids does not entertain nonsense and dead beat dads. She always takes shots at men who impregnate women, leaving them struggling to fend for her kids.

For this reason she has managed to create a strong movement of women who vent under her posts on IG and some who look up to her for advice.

Well, this time around she came out strong calling out men who are quick to have babies yet they are not in a position to support their own lives. She wrote saying;

pregnancy isnt a challenge anymore , housegirls /nannys are !! , so, if any man thinks of getting me pregnant & running away , well, just know I will go with you !

And went on to warn the young ladies who easily fall for men thinking that they would change their lives. She wrote saying;

How do I go to work fetch for my daily bread , come back & find my newborn soaked in diapers since morning with a buttocks looking like mosquito hide out #nkt , I even wonder how teenagers still manage to chase pregnancy while staying at their relatives just because someone promised them a new smart phone while married women be running away from pregnancy , misplaced priorities right?”

Seems that Diamond Platnumz is not the only person taking about Wema Sepetu’s figure. In his latest song featuring Nigerian female super star Tiwa Savage, baba Tiffah is heard praising his ex girlfriend’s figure and unlike before he put it out there for the world to him acknowledge that she has a hot body.

However, not everyone is happy about Wema Sepetu’s hips and tiny waist which she recently flaunted in new photos shared a few days before she celebrated Eid al-Fitr. Apparently some think that her huge hips cannot be supported by her thin legs (which she learnt to embrace a long time ago).

But according to Wema Sepetu, the haters will keep talking about her body which she cannot change even if she was given the chance to do so. The Tanzanian sweetheart wrote to say,

Bobby Mapesa continues to remain one of the most controversial artists we have in the Kenyan industry. Apart from his explicit lyrics and bad boy attitude the singer has now graduated to featuring naked ladies in his music videos.

His latest project dubbed ‘Ingia’ released a week ago is not the type of video you would watch with parents or kids around the house. It is quite raunchy and might get banned by the KFCB boss Ezekiel Mutua when he comes across it.

Bahati aka mtoto wa mama is a dad to a 2 year old girl he recently introduced us to through his Instagram page. Bahati however left many shocked as he had always portrayed himself as a good boy who was not indulging in any sexual activities – probably because he was waiting for marriage.

However, one can not hide their true colors for too long…right? Well, he has learnt to embrace the fact that he has a child and just like most celebrity dads, the look on his face shows how proud he is.

Though she has been missing in action for sometime now, her hubby Lonina Leteipan has been updating their fans through his social media pages where he recently shared an adorable photo of their new born daughter – introducing her for the first time.

Tanzanian government explains why they pulled down ‘Victor Wanyama street’ after honoring the renowned footballer

A few days ago Tottenham Hotspur and Harambee Stars player had a street in Dar es Salaam named after him…something that saw him make major headlines in East Africa.

This happened moments after he attended a football match at the Kinesi stadium. The excited footballer went ahead to share the good news through his social media pages as he wrote saying….

However, the post baring his name was pulled down by the municipality of Ubongo which claims they didn’t not follow the right procedures while launching the streets new name.

Controversial gay gospel artist Joji hospitalized after being attacked

Joji Baro is not a new face to the entertainment industry as he remains as the only gay gospel artist in the country. Away from that he is also a human rights activist who has always rooted for the gay community.

He has also been open about his HIV status and though he is positive, George Barasa uses his testimony to encourage those who have given up on life simply because they are sick.

Anyway, word has that the the singer was recently hospitalized after being attacked by one of his housemates. According to Joji who shared a selfie from his hospital bed….the guy who attacked him got angry after he (Joji) confronted him about his harsh behavior that was scaring the rest of their roommates.

However, things did not work out as planned after the guy apparently hit Joji on the head moments after he was asked to move out. Through his social media pages Joji wrote saying,

Someone claiming to be gay and homeless came to me to be hosted. After a few weeks he grew overly rude to everyone and in Sunday I told him we can’t with him anymore and he had to leave as he was scaring the other people in the house. That’s when he struck me. He hit me on the head. I’m told I fell down and lost consciousness. I woke up with a concussion.

He went on to add;

I have lost my sense of hearing to my left ear and its oozing fluids. My jaw is dislocated and makes a cracking sound when I try to talk and Eat.

Patoranking and Elephant Man to headline the biggest event this Saturday at KIZA lounge (Details)

The staff of renowned restaurant KIZA lounge based in Kilimani ealier this week made a visit to the spinal injury referral hospital where they donated health and sanitary materials.

Led by their managing director Ali Oumarou, the uptown club donated medical equipment, wheel chairs to the hospital.

“The victims here are also part of us in society so we set aside a day to spend time with them and encourage them that all will be well,” said Mr Ali in a statement. “As part of our campaign for responsible drinking, we decided to visit this center. A lot of the patients here are accident victims with some having been in drunk driving situations,” he added.

Late last year, the establishment, which is celebrating it’s second year of existence, also visited cancer patients at the Kenyatta national hospital as their continued corporate social responsibility. The club which is now popular for hosting local and international stars will have a concert this Saturday as part of the proceeds go to fund their Corporate Social Responsibility.

The concert will be headlined by Nigerian dance hall sensation Patorankin.

“We will also have local artists make an appearance as well as another surprise guest international artist.”Patorankin who already jetted into the country urged his fans to attend his concert promising them an entertaining show on Saturday. “It’s my second time to perform at KIZA but trust me I have come with the best band ensemble from Naija and we will give Kenyans a night of their life with a live band performance,” he said.

The No kissing hit-maker will perform alongside the alternate sound band and also debut his latest singles featuring Jamaica’s Elephant Man and another featuring Navy Kenzo.

Dance hall queen Nazizi Harji might have gone missing since she was attacked by a fan on stage a while back. Since then, the singer has been laying until just recently when she shared a few photos from her son’s 7th birthday.

As usual Nazizi made sure to give her son the best she can offer since she is her only baby. The party was however held at Nazizi’s house allowing her family and sons friend to attend. The boy’s father was however not present since Nazizi walked out of her marriage a while back following personal issues.

The actress who has been keeping a low profile since settling down with the love of her life revealed this through her social media pages where she left wondering how she managed to hide her baby bump for 9 whole months.

Anyway, just like expected…she did not share a photo of her new baby but a baby bump photo which confirms that the lass was indeed expecting a baby. She captioned the photo;

47 people test positive for Cholera at Deputy President Ruto’s Weston Hotel

There are reports indicating that Cholera Outbreak has been reported at the Weston Hotel located along the Langata.

According to Nairobi News who highlighted the story, the news of the outbreak was confirmed by DR Nyale who is currently at the hotel for a science Conference dubbed The Kenya International scientific Lung Health Conference which attracted some guests and fellow doctors.

The doctor has however reported that this is not something the public should worry about as they are trying to put things under control.

The news outlet goes on to add that a close source revealed that 47 people have been tested positive but the medical team is now working on treating the patients.

Juma Jux who is one of the stylish and classy artists from Tanzania has finally graduated from a popular University in China as revealed through his social media pages.

The singer who is also widely known in East Africa thanks to his businesses and music career which he was juggling together with his studies.

Though he did not reveal what he was studying the fella earlier this morning shared photos from his graduation while his girlfriend, Vanessa Mdee congratulated him on her Instagram page with this special message;

The Nairobi governor aspirant Mike Sonko continues to wow many through his actions. Just recently he decided to celebrate his house helps birthday in a special way which has left many admiring his generosity.

After celebrating his son’s 4th birthday, Mike Sonko and his family held a small birthday party for Judy who has been managing his home for a while now.

From the pictures shared on social media one can see the birthday cake they purchased for her and though it might not been a big deal for many, the priceless smile on Judy’s face simply explains how excited she was.

Teen Republik’s host shares photos from his late mum’s funeral

Martin Kimathi has not only been left without a mother but a friend he treasured with his whole being. A few days ago he announced that death had robbed him off blindly now that his mother had gone to rest with the angels.

He went on to add that she passed on after undergoing two surgeries at the Aga Khan hospital but he did not reveal what she had been suffering from. He wrote saying,

“Hi guys. On Wednesday 9:30am my mom succumbed to death after undergoing two surgeries at Aga Khan hospital. This is the worst pain I’ve felt my whole entire life! To everyone who has sent their condolences or shown support directly or indirectly THANK YOU. Stay blessed”

Anyway, this past weekend his family, relatives and friends gathered together in Meru county to give his late mum the final send off. Though he did not say much on his caption, Martin announced that his mum had been laid to rest.

Rapper Khaligraph Jones is not playing around with the money he has been making for the past few years. He is now spoiling himself with new toys and just after parading his Mark X the fella has gone ahead to share a video bumming in a Range Rover believed to belong to him.

In the video shared on his Instagram page, Khaligraph Jones is seen rapping along to one of his songs as she flaunts the mega machine owned by very few artists in the industry.

Lit photos from Savara Mudigi’s project aiming to empower women and mothers from Eastlands

Sauti Sol’s Savara Mudigi this past weekend launched the #SaWA project, an initiative created to inspire and empower women to reach their full potential, using their own resources like time, skills and talent.

This saw his team hold a football tournament for both women and men on Saturday attracting many to be part of his projects. On Sunday he however ensured to hold an event which was attended by his band members, Nyashinski, Nameless, Le_band, Bon Eye, Naiboi among other artists who have grew up in Eastlands.

From the photos it is easy to tell that Savara’s efforts and hard work paid well as fans turned out in huge numbers to support one of their own. His parents were also present and his mother got to perform kuliko Jana as she also congratulated her son for stepping up to help women…something that has not been seen in a while.

Karun is among the young female artists who have accomplished a lot thanks to musical talent. She left Kenya for the United States where she studied music in Boston, but returned home a few months ago before welcoming her son.

The 22 year old singer welcomed a bouncing baby boy who she now paraded on her social media pages to flaunt him to her loyal fans. Despite looking after Prince she also continues to work on her music now that she is part of the music & art collective Cosmic Homies, alongside her close pals – Marushka, rapper Taio Trippper and poet/rapper Kiwango.
