Wasafi’s former fashion guru Qboy Msafi drops Karorero remix featuring Kenya’s Naiboi

Wasafi Records former fashion guru now,singer Qboy Msafi, has dropped a remix to his smash hit Karorero featuring Kenya’s Naiboi.

Qboy Msafi was recently in the country for a media tour and other collaborations with Kenyan artists.

After leaving WCB under unclear circumstances,he is moving forward quick,focusing on making himself the next big name in the region, musically and fashion wise.

Speaking to Ghafla, he says, bigger things are in the pipeline and his fans should only expect the very best from him. He further thanked them for the support they’ve shown, in his journey so far.

Karorero remix was produced by Mr. T-Touch, renowned Tanzanian hit-maker and our very own Naiboi who is featured in the song for Pacho Entertainment. The video is shot and directed by Dr. Eddie of the Dreamland Music Entertainment in Kenya.

President Uhuru Kenyatta’s motorcade involved in an accident in Nyamira

It is reported that President Uhuru Kenyatta’s motorcade has been involved in an accident.

Four people have been injured after vehicle in motorcade hit a Nyamira matatu.

President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Jubilee team are in Kisii, Bomet and Kakamega areas for campaigns.

During the campaign,President Uhuru Kenyatta said he is confident of winning the August 8 polls with an overwhelming majority because he enjoys more support than he did in 2013 when he defeated his rival with more than 800,000 votes.

The President said he won the 2013 election while he was burdened with false accusations at the International Criminal Court and was literally in the wilderness.

He said the opposition knows it will lose the election and that is why they were busy creating excuses including their outrageous claims against the country’s security forces.

The President, who spoke at a rally at the Gusii Stadium, Kisii town, said the opposition lacks vision and has no plans to build on the progress Kenya has achieved.

“If they had a plan they would not be engaging in insults,” said the President, as he made it clear that the opposition should know that it cannot intimidate anyone with the constant threats of chaos.

He told opposition candidate Raila Odinga to stop his attacks on Acting Internal Security Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang’i.

The President said Raila should know that Matiang’i is in charge of the country’s security.

He said the opposition was engaging in divisive politics instead of presenting an agenda that can bring progress and unity.

“They come with different messages designed to incite Kenyans. When they come to Kisii they tell you a message to incite you, when they go to another place they say some communities should be moved,” said the President.

There have been different stories making rounds online claiming that the former president Kibaki is in a critical condition while others went on to say that he had passed on.

However, the rumors were shut down by Othaya Member of Parliament Mary Wambui who assured Kenyans that former president Mwai Kibaki was well through a statement that came as a relief to many Kenyans.

Jimmy who is Kibaki’s eldest son has also come out to confirm that his dad is in perfect condition unlike what many are saying. Speaking to the Nairobian, Jimmy urged Kenyans to ignore the baseless rumors which don’t make sense at all! He said,

“Mzee is well, he goes for his regular check-ups and the doctors say he is in good health. I see him regularly and I can confirm that he is okay.”

He went on to appreciate those who have been praying for his fathers health and went on to add that his family would definitely inform the public if anything was to happen to the former president.

“He served his country for many years, and we know Kenyans are concerned about Mzee’s health. But I want to assure them that he is enjoying his retirement with his family around him. I ask Kenyans to ignore rumours about Mzee’s health. He is in good health. As a family, we will let Kenyans know if there is any news about the retired president. It is wrong to start claiming he is hospitalised, yet he is well. It’s simply wrong. If by any chance Mzee is unwell, we will let Kenyans know, but for now, there is no cause for alarm.”

The former president’s health has however not been the same as he suffered a stroke that saw him seek medical attention in South Africa last year, August.

But what Kenyans should know is that he is alive and still healthy.

Gospel singer Willy Paul is also proving to have finally settled down with yet another light skin lady as revealed through his social media pages. This comes a few months after the guy took a break from relationships hoping to find a genuine lady who would complete his life!

Just recently he shared a meme that had been making rounds on social media where he is seen face timing with his “heartbeat love” and from the look of things…he might just be following in Bahati’s footsteps.

On his IG stories, the singer shared another screenshot while video calling with his lady and luckily enough it was clear the young lady’s face. Well, she is fine and fits his taste as he is known to date only light skinned women and though he is still keeps her on the low…there is no doubt that he has fallen hard for the lass.

KTN news presenter Betty Kyallo is among the sassy and classy mum dominating the Kenyan entertainment industry.

So far she is loved by many and from what we know is that the mother of one is pretty hardworking and has been giving many men sleepless nights now that she has been single for a while.

Anyway, the lady is blessed with one lovely baby girl by the name of Ivanna. She however prefers to keep her daughter off social media to maintain her private life – but once in a while we get to see her photos on social media and we can’t obviously ignore her since her parents are popular.

I recently bumped into new photos of the baby girl and from what I could see is that Ivanna actually took after her dad’s looks (Dennis Okari).

Tanzanian sensation Diamond Platnumz and his baby mama, Zari Hassan have been in Kenya for a few days where they got to spend their ‘baecation’ at one fancy hotel in Mombasa.

However, the switched up things last night after getting into Nairobi where they partied hard. Diamond Platnumz and his wife/girlfriend or rather baby mama were accompanied by Harmonize and his Caucasian lady to B Club and judging from the photos making rounds on social media – seems that they attracted a huge crowd that could not miss being part of the Tanzanian singers.

From the photos it is clear to see that Diamond Platnumz performed for a while before Zari was given a chance to speak to her fans then later on Harmonize hit the stage to perform his current hitsong, Anita!

Anyway, Adelle’s wedding dress has left many ladies asking where she purchased it and whether she had imported it. However, you will be surprised to learn that the dress was made by a local designer (Ogake) who managed to give the Kiss 100 radio presenter a princess-like look on her special day.

Men who pick on women are weak and cowards! Yes I said it and this is what Gilbert Arenas is proving to be. He seems to always have something negative to say about Lupita Nyong’o since she is an African woman.

Just recently Lupita Nyong’o shared a photo from her recent vacation in Mexico where her black skin is seen glowing and the blue water in the background complementing her skin tone – however Gilbert did not feel the same way judging from the comments he left under the photo.

This time around he did not seem bothered with her skin tone but her face which he claims is ugly. He wrote saying;

“Everybody saying her skin looks beautiful, how about her face tho? Lights off”

He went on to add that,

“Y’all tag me like she got a face lift and she went from a 3 to a 10……nope she’s just a 3 in blue water with some blue blockers on. This is no diff then a ugly girl with a fat a**, I’ll still beat but just with the lights off but she is glowing tho.”

Comedian Njugush pours out his heart to Avril in a captivating love letter

They say that comedy is an art but for Njugush this is a gift that cannot be taken away from him. He is among the most creative comedians I have come across and for this reason I always keep up with his activities.

His recent post shared on his official page is a captivating love letter to Avril which he has rhymed with what looks like a poem about a love boat.

The comedian started off by asking his fans to help him convince Avril that he is truly all ‘aboat’ her. He wrote saying;

He is now among the doppest rappers we have in the African music industry and truth be told – none of these rappers dropping songs can get to his level.

He now rolls with a Range Rover among other cars and as far as we know, the fella is giving many a run for his money!

His lifestyle has changed from that of a struggling man to a fancy life that makes us wonder how much money he brings home.

A few hours ago, the rapper dropped a few photos where he is seen rocking an all white outfit (looking like an international artist) and there is no doubt that he killed it!

Nairobi Diaries bad girl Pendo has opened up for the first time to talk about the worst sex experience she has ever come across in her entire life.

Speaking to Pulse, the lass revealed that she was disappointed by a potential boyfriend she had been crushing on for months, only to discover that all her excitement was for nothing as he proved to have zero skills in bed. She said,

“What is wrong with Kenyan men? I experienced bad sex from a potential boyfriend a while back after which I decided I will no longer date a Kenyan man,”

The lady however did not reveal his name or the year that this happened to her. But from how she sounds seems that it’s a memory she will never forget. She went on to add that,

“Do you know how it feels for a girl to have so much an expectation then what comes out of it is zero? I asked him to stop midway, rose up and walked away never to look back again.
I blocked his phone and well, he made me hate all Kenyan men, in that line,”

Well…I am not quite sure why her bad experience has to involve all Kenyan men (Isn’t she dating Luwi, who a Kenyan/Tanzanian man?) but I guess that is just her opinion.

So after she left her South African fiancé a while back, Kamene Goro is said to have moved on with a new man from Tanzania, Gnex_thebaddest, a presenter at CloudsFM.

The two did not hide their new love as they shared a couple of photos of each other on social media confirming that they were an item.

However, Ghafla has learned that their love story seems to have been cut short after Gnex walked out on her claiming that the lady is not ready to settle down judging from how she has been moving.

We are not sure what caused the sudden break up but all we know is that the Gnex has already pulled down all her photos from his social media pages.

Kamene on the other hand speaking to Mpasho revealed that she was not in a relationship with Gnex as she opened up to say;

“I don’t know who thought I was dating him. I just came out of a very long relationship. I’m not seeing Gnex. He admired me and shockingly I have never met him. I don’t think I posted anything in regards that I’m dating Gnex. He is just someone I have interacted with over the phone. He is really a cool guy, I think he admires what I do. I can’t really talk for the nature or intention with which he was posting, but I think what I posted it’s evident that there’s nothing between us”

And went on to add;

“If I was dating someone people would know just by nature of how open my social media is.”

Her statement however sounds confusing especially with the screenshots below showing her comments on the Tanzanian radio personality’s photos on Instagram.

The lass who is rumored to be in the same business as Vera Sidika and many more has before admitted to be offered money for sex…but as expected she never got into details as this is her private life!

In the video the lass is heard expressing her relief as the results come out negative and goes on to say that she is now planning to lay off unsafe sex until she settles down with her husband in future.

She is a very successful woman who apparently owns different business in South Africa and Uganda – and according to reports Zari is now running chains of popular college (Brooklyn City College) in Johannesburg Area.

Though family members of the late Ivan Ssemwanga have been fighting over his property in South Africa…. all Ivan Ssemwanga’s properties in South Africa are registered under his name as reported by several Ugandan tabloids and are being handle by Ritah Ssemwanga (sister), Lawrence Muyanja (King Lawrence) and George Ssemwanga Pinto (elder brother) as Ssemwanga’s estate managers and Zari Hassan who is the mother of his 3 sons who will take over all his properties once they turn 18 years.

The ‘momprenuer’ is in charge of his schools and houses which she seems to be handling pretty well as she recently shared a photo at the Brooklyn City College where she is now the CEO.

Huddah Monroe exposes a high government official who stole her project idea

Kenyan socialite cum businesswoman has come out to reveal that she is the one who came up with the peace concerts aiming to use local artists to reach out to the youths and all Kenyans together.

However even before she could sit down and draft a plan on how the project would would work, she felt the need of sharing the idea with one high government official she thought she could trust – only to be stabbed in the back.

Apparently the unnamed politician went ahead and executed the idea without involving Huddah and till date still claims the project without giving the socialite any credit. Through her social media pages she wrote saying;

“I came up with the peace concert idea bringing all Kenyan artists, new talent together to perform. I shared with a high government official and they did not let me execute it! They have stolen three of my ideas while I watch.”

She went on to add;

Then I see Nigerians line up at our own peace concerts. How does that bring Kenyans together? This is not just any concert! It’s for the people of Kenya by Kenyans.
Its high time Kenyan artists stop doing free appearances and charging peanuts for shows! If you want great music and videos you must pay for it. How do you do it doing free sh*t? Or asking for peanuts?

Seems that rapper Jua Cali and his wife Lily Asigo are expecting their 3rd child as revealed through her social media page where she shared a video showing off what looks like a growing baby bump.

The lady and the rapper are blessed with two kids, Evans and Doreen – and from the looks of things there family will soon have a new member in a few months time.

Exposed! This is the imposter conning people using Willy Paul’s name

After social media users went wild on trolling Willy Paul about a week ago, the singer is back but this time around to expose someone who has been conning fans using his name.

According to Willy Paul, the con person has so far managed to get around ksh 400,000 as revealed by his management and for this reason he had to speak out before his name was tarnished by the unknown conman.

The controversial gospel singer released a detailed post where he also shared the con person’s phone number and looking at my Truecaller it is registered under Willy Paul’s name which leaves me wondering what his motive was.

Anyway, Willy Paul wrote saying;

“Attention, this is an invention.. every thief we will put to detention. The number under that picture has been conning people pretending to be me.. be aware don’t send money to anyone claiming to be me.. information reaching my management is that the number has received close to 400,000 shillings… Don’t send anyone money contact me via [email protected] or info@[email protected] for clarification.”

Hassan Joho speaks on his campaign car being involved in drug trafficking

Police from the Mombasa county recently seized seven vehicles which are believed to have been involved in drug trafficking in Nyali.

Reports online claim that the Anti-narcotic detectives also impounded one of Hassan Joho’s campaign vehicles in a raid that saw heroin worth million of shillings seized.

However, Hassan Joho’s campaign manager John Tumbo, has come out to say that the car doesn’t belong to them in any way and they should not be dragged into the mess.

He went on to add that one of Joho’s fan could have branded the car to look like the cars being used in his campaign trail but as far as they concerned the Toyota Crown branded with photos of the Mombasa governor does not appear in their records and they know nothing about it either! Therefore they shouldn’t be held accountable for anything.

Esther Passaris is among the fabulous ladies we have pursuing their political careers in Kenya. She is not just classy but likes to appear young and stylish keeping many on their toes.

Just recently, 24 July, the Nairobi women’s representative left many Kenyans shocked after revealing her age on twitter.

This was after she shared a photo in a chopper – dressed in a short white skirt suit giving many a reason to ogle her legs…however most of them seemed more interested with the caption she used on her picture since it revealed her age.

Dj Mo responds after fans call him out for endangering his daughter’s life

DJ Mo and Size 8 continue to run the entertainment industry thanks to their ministry of serving God through their work – that is spreading the gospel through their music.

Away from this the two were blessed with a beautiful baby girl about 2 years ago and judging from the photos shared on their social media pages, we can all agree that the couple seems to be doing a good job.

Anyway, this past weekend Dj Mo decided to go on a road trip with his daughter Ladashabelle since Size 8 was caught up with some other responsibilities as revealed by her husband.

He shared a selfie which however left fans calling him out for endangering his daughter’s life since he had moved her baby-car-seat from the back (where it belongs) to the front seat next to him.

This was however very wrong since it is advisable to always keep the baby on the back seat and in some countries one would be arrested and charged for pulling such a move. His fans did not let him rest until he responded to claim that he had deactivated the airbags on her side and was planning to reactivate them later (which doesn’t make any sense).

Wedding bells! Risper Faith reveals how her wedding altar will look like, her fiancé will definitely over spend for this design!

Yes the day is nearing and Risper Faith is about to become Brian’s wife! The two have been making their wedding plans public and the fans are loving it!

The power couple who are part of the Nairobi Diaries cast got engaged during the season 5 reunion where Brian got on his knees to ask Risper if she would be his wife!

Already the two are building a mansion in one of Nairobi’s finest suburbs and word has it that Brian did this as an early gift for his wife to be. Anyway, earlier on Risper shared a couple of photos asking her fans which decorations she should use on her alter and judging from the comments…we now have an idea of how it will look.

Mama Zari, Halima Hassan was laid to rest this past weekend after passing on 4 days ago as revealed on social media by Zari Hassan.

The socialites late mother had apparently been struggling with some heart issues that later on overpowered her leading to her untimely death.

She was however laid to rest on Saturday – something that left many muslims shocked as they took about 4 days before burying the body which is not acceptable with the Islam laws.

Anyway, Zari and her siblings were joined by close family, friends and Diamond Platnumz’s family who came to console them. Judging from the photos, this time around the children were not involved and I am assuming this was to protect them from the trauma of losing their favorite grandmother.

Who knew that Avril was a petite girl when she was growing up? Well, I didn’t and I was surprised when I came a cross one of her throw back photos that was shared on her social media pages just recently.

From the photo one can tell that Campus life was not favoring the singer as she appeared to look really slim and no one would have believed that 7 years later she would be one curvaceous young lady giving many men sleepless nights.

Let’s face the fact that many women in our society are now altering their skin tones thanks to the cheap and available bleaching products found in our local market.

By now we all understand that both the rich and average are often spotted buying this items in River Road and since Vera Sidika and many others have done it before – then it is only correct to believe that our society is not what it used to be.

Anyway, there is a certain photo of a dark skinned woman making rounds on social media but what surprises many is how she managed to bleach her skin making her look like a totally different person.

Not that having a dark skin tone made her look any ugly but there is no doubt that she now feel comfortable in her ‘own’ skin. But her photos have left many questioning whether there are any legit women still rocking their natural skin tone?
